Author Biography

Charles Norton

Norton is currently a graduate student at the University of Arizona in anthropology and French, where his research investigates the intersections of migration, popular culture, and language ideologies in Africa and the Diaspora. Outside of academia, Charles has worked as a researcher, language instructor, consultant, and community organizer in the United States, Haiti, Cameroon, India, Morocco, and France.
