Author Biography

Charles Mostert, University of Arizona

Mostert is originally from Daytona beach, Florida and moved to Arizona when he was eight years old. Growing up in a multilingual English-Dutch environment, languages have always played an important role in his life. After beginning his academic career at Yavapai College in nearby Prescott, Arizona, he moved to Tucson in 2008 to continue his studies at the University of Arizona. Charles graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University in 2011 with a B.A. in German Studies and French and a minor in Business Administration. His continually-developing areas of interest include 20th and and 21st century film, literature and theater of the German-speaking world as well as pedagogy.
